The college is affiliated to R.T. M. Nagpur University and was started in 2008”. It is run by Shri. Nagpur GujratiMandal, which is a linguistic minority charitable organization. The spacious 17000 sq. ft impressive building and beautiful premises has modern computer and electronic labs and a good library. A Junior College was added in 2016 - 2017.
Over the years the college has registered a hundred fold growth - from 12 students in 2008 to nearly 1546 in 2022 - 2023. Timely completion of courses, good staff, quick action on students’ feedback plus plenty of activities viz. Annual Social Gathering, picnic, Industry visits, Certificate, Add on and skill based courses, Placement drive, Career kata, etc. – all these have contributed to this robust growth.
